Life Cover - Life Insurance would Provide a specified lump sum of money on premature death, this can be used to pay off any outstanding mortgage, financial debt or provide an income for family.
Critical Illness - Critical Illness cover will provide a lump sum of money on diagnosis of a specified critical illness, this can be used to pay off any outstanding mortgage, financial debt, treatments or provide an income for family.
Key Man Insurance Key Man Insurance will provide a lump sum or Income in the event of a Key Person being off work due to premature death or extended incapacity of the key person. They could be a Director of a company, a Partner, key sales people, key project managers and people with specific skills or knowledge which is especially valuable to the company.
Shareholder Protection Shareholder Protection is usually put in place to ensure that, on the death of a shareholder, their shares are available for the other directors to buy and there is sufficient funds available to buy the shares. A cross option agreement would be needed to ensure that on death of a Shareholder, the holder of the shares must sell them and the remaining shareholders must purchase them.
Partnership Protection Partnership Protection is usually put in place to ensure that, on the death of a partner, their share of the partnership is available for the other partners to buy and there is sufficient funds available to buy the shares. A cross option agreement would be needed to ensure that on death of a Partner, the holder of the shares must be sold and that the remaining shareholders must purchase them.
Buildings and Contents Buildings and Contents Cover will provide cover in the event of storm, flood, fire and much more. You may wish to include Accidental Damage (Subject to the provider)
